Nearly three weeks after our wedding the conversations still start with “How incredible was that food!” And while I’m devastated they don’t recall my dance moves in the evening I can’t agree more. Jimi and his team were incredible the moment they set up, the vibes were set for the whole day and made what was an already amazing day - perfect. From the grazing table to dinner ourselves and our guests were blown away by the food and presentation. I cannot recommend more SeasonandFire but forewarning, they will set a new expectation of what good food should be.

Jimi and the team are the true kings of local Tassie cuisine!

We used them for our wedding catering and we had nearly every guest approach us to rave about the food, with at least half a dozen saying it was one of the best meals they'd ever eaten!

Their cooking style, incredible menu choice, flame cooking technique, easy personalities and passion were unmatched.

Recently Jimi from Season and Fire took on the challenge of feeding 40 hungry lads on a bucks weekend at Bruny Island. Unfortunately a total fire ban was in place which meant he couldn’t cook in the normal method. Unperturbed, he improvised and pulled the goods with a magnificent spread of lemon and thyme chicken, pork belly, beef skirt, assorted sensational salads and much more. He then backed it up the next morning for the slightly seedy group with egg, bacon and halloumi brioche buns cooked to perfection. Couldn’t recommend his talent, dedication, quality and expertise any higher. Thanks mate!

These guys cooked for my 60th. They absolutely killed it. Beef , pork, lamb, and chicken. You name it they can cook it. Next time I get them to cook I hope it will be venison and goat.
